Sourcing fish locally is very important to Egan's and although we go from Killybegs to Kilmore quay to source fish we also buy from local harbours such as Skerries and Loughshinney to mention but a few. Sustainability is key to our success and nobody knows better than an experienced fish monger what the right fish at the right time is best for you.
